SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the text-message program operated by Hazardous Course (a DBA of Oral Care Direct LLC) ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Program Description

Hazardous Course operates two independent SMS categories: (1) Account Notification messages, which include guide delivery, content access updates, opt-in confirmations, opt-out confirmations, and responses to keywords such as HELP; and (2) Marketing messages, which include promotional offers, announcements about new Hazardous Course products and services, featured website resources, special campaigns, and updates about newly available guides and tools. You may opt in to either category independently; consent to one is not consent to the other.

Consent

By checking a SMS consent box and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Hazardous Course for the specific category you selected, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of accessing any content on this website. Your consent is recorded with a timestamp and IP address.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Marketing messages may be sent up to approximately 4 messages per month. Account Notification frequency depends on your activity.

Costs

Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After you send the opt-out message, we will send you one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. You will need to opt in again to resume service.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers.

Privacy and No Third-Party Sharing

Hazardous Course does not sell, rent, share, or transfer your mobile phone number, SMS consent data, or opt-in information to insurance carriers, insurance agents, insurance brokers, lead aggregators, or third-party marketers. Your mobile information is used solely to deliver the SMS category you consented to receive.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by SMS or on this page.
